Compliance & Enforcement
The safe and appropriate operation of a heavy vehicle on WA roads is the responsibility of all parts of the transport chain. It's expected that all parties within this chain conduct themselves appropriately and in compliance with the law.
Through education, on-road enforcement and collaboration with federal, state and local governments, we aim to build an environment of voluntary compliance as the industry standard.
