Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) access on Koolyanobbing-Southern Cross Rd (Koolyanobbing Rd) will be downgraded from 21 May 2025.

Transport operators are reminded the alternate vehicle provisions are not intended as a substitute for submitting permit amendment applications and relevant alternate vehicle requirements must be met.

The Heavy Lift Tow Truck Period Permit Operating Conditions have been amended following consultation with industry.
