Contractor Reporting Portal
A portal has been developed to make reporting easier for all contractors. Each element of reporting will be brought into the portal, with the first module, Aboriginal Participation, launched on 1 July 2021.
Aboriginal Participation Reporting
All Aboriginal Participation reporting for Main Roads contracts must be completed through the Contractor Reporting Portal
To gain access to the Contractor Reporting Portal, please follow below steps:
- You must first create a Main Roads My Account,
- Once your My Account has been established contact your Main Roads Superintendent and email aboriginalparticipationreports@mainroads.wa.gov.au to request portal access. A user account will then be created to enable Aboriginal Participation Reporting.
- Contractors are required to submit reports by the 5th working day of each month.
Please note that timely and accurate reporting is a contractual requirement and contributes to Main Roads' monitoring and reporting of Aboriginal participation outcomes across its projects and contracts.
