What's happening
We are upgrading the intersection of Wanneroo Road and East Road, on the border of Pearsall and Hocking, to improve safety and reduce traffic delays.
Service relocations will get underway from mid-2026 and includes work by Western Power to relocate existing streetlights and install new poles.
Due to the high traffic volumes on Wanneroo Road, the majority of work required to complete this intersection upgrade will be undertaken after hours. Every effort will be made to minimise disruption to nearby residents. Road users should expect lane closures, speed reductions and traffic management.
