What’s happening
We are installing approximately 4.7 kilometres of safety barriers along Roe Highway.
Minor work, including surveying and service locations will be undertaken during January with nightworks to widen the median and install barriers commencing in February.
To minimise impact for road users, work will be undertaken between 8.30pm and 5am, Sunday to Thursday nights.
Lane closures and speed reductions will be in place for the duration of work.
The upgrades come following completion of 4.6 kilometres of safety barriers, between Orrong Road and South Street, in early 2024.
