Development is underway to build an overpass over the current roundabout between Garden Street, Nicholson Road and Yale Road. The current roundabout will be retained, allowing all movements between these roads.
Traffic flow will be improved by grade separating vehicles, this is done by moving one flow of traffic away from the other through utilisation of the vertical space above the existing road. For this project, we are constructing an overpass above the current roundabout to move vehicle movements between Garden Street and Nicholson Road to above the intersection.
