Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services (HVS) advises that Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) access on Albany Highway (between Kenwick Link & Liddelow Street), Ozich Court and McIntyre Way will be removed, following safety concerns raised for RAV's turning at the intersection of Albany Highway, Austin Avenue & Kenwick Link.

HVS has undertaken a safety review of the above roads and verified non-compliant swept paths at the above intersection and all other intersections on the adjoining local roads for the current level of RAV access.

As a result, the following RAV Networks will be removed:

• Tandem Drive Networks 2 to 4
• AMMS Tandem Drive Networks 2.1 to 4.1
• Tri Drive Network 1
• AMMS Tri Drive Network 1.1
• PBS Tandem Drive Network PBS1B.1

This change will take effect from Wednesday 25 March 2026 and will be reflected in the relevant Road Tables and on the RAV Mapping Tool on our website from that date.
