Please be advised Main Roads has removed several restrictions that have applied to Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) access due to short stacking distances at railway level crossings. The restrictions have been removed from the following rail crossings, located on Tier 3 rail lines that are currently non-operational.

Nelson Street 5030172 in Buntine (effective from 16/02/2022)

Nelson Street between Wubin Mullewa Road and CBH Access Road is approved for up to Tandem Drive Network 7 (36.5 metres), PBS Tandem Drive Concessional Networks and individual PBS permit access up to network PBS2B.1 (30.0 metres).

Sutherland Street 4130072 in Trayning (effective from 16/02/2022)

Sutherland Street between Goomalling Merredin Road and Kellerberrin - Bencubbin Road is approved for up to Tandem Drive Network 6 (36.5 metres), PBS Tandem Drive Concessional Networks and individual PBS permit access up to network PBS2B.1 (30.0 metres).

Mt Walker Road 4170134 in Narembeen (effective from 16/02/2022)

Mt Walker Road between Kondinin - Narembeen Road and Mt Arrowsmith Road is approved for up to Tandem Drive Network 7, Tandem Drive Concessional Network 7.3, Tri Drive Network 4, Tri Drive Concessional Network 4.3 (36.5 metres), PBS Tri Drive Concessional Networks and individual PBS permit access up to network PBSTD3B.3 (42.0 metres).

South Kumminin East Road 4170008 in South Kumminin (effective from 16/02/2022)

South Kumminin East Road between South Kumminin Bin Road and Kondinin - Narembeen Road is approved for up to Tandem Drive Network 7 (36.5 metres), PBS Tandem Drive Concessional Networks and individual PBS permit access up to network PBS2B.1 (30.0 metres).

Intersection of Wickepin - Corrigin Road 4290001 and Coxon Street 4290122 in Yealering (effective from 16/02/2022)

The right turn restriction from Wickepin - Corrigin Road into Coxon Street has been removed and is approved for up to Tandem Drive Network 4 (27.5 metres).

Intersection of Merredin - Narembeen Road 4140239 and Bulls Head Road in Collgar (effective from 16/02/2022)

The intersection of Merredin - Narembeen Road and Bulls Head Road is approved for up to Tandem Drive Network 7, Tandem Drive Concessional Network 7.3, Tri Drive Network 4, Tri Drive Concessional Network 4.3 (36.5 metres), PBS Tri Drive Concessional Networks and individual PBS permit access up to network PBSTD3B.3 (42.0 metres).

Coorow – Latham Road 5140166 in Latham (effective from 13/04/2022)

Coorow – Latham Road between Waites Road and Mullewa Wubin Road is approved for up to Tandem Drive Network 7 (36.5 metres) and individual PBS permit access up to network PBS2B.1 (30.0 metres).

These changes are subject to the Tier 3 rail lines remaining non-operational and an ongoing Special Train Notice (STN) being in place. If the rail line becomes operational or Main Roads receives notification from ARC Infrastructure that the STN has been removed, the previous restrictions will be reinstated.
