Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services advises the transport industry that emergency works have been completed on bridge #3716 over Mangosteen Drain, approximately 7.4 kilometres east of Forrest Highway on Forestry Road, within the Shire of Harvey.

The emergency works have allowed the bridge to be re-opened to light vehicles and general access heavy vehicles only.  The bridge remains under traffic management and all vehicles must cross the bridge at a maximum speed not exceeding 60 km/h.

The bridge remains closed to all Restricted Access Vehicles (RAVs).  As such, we remind RAV operators that they must continue to seek an alternative route.
