Payment Issues
Main Roads WA Heavy Vehicle Services (HVS) is aware that some transport operators are experiencing technical issues when making payments through the MOVES portal.
These issues include:
- An error message (OS ID) appearing during payment;
- No confirmation advice that the payment was successful.
If you experience the above when making a payment in MOVES, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check Your Bank or Payment Account
- After you try to pay through the MOVES portal, check the account you used to make the payment.
- Look for a transaction that matches the permit fee, accreditation fee and or Pilot licence fee.
Step 2: Take a Screenshot
- If the payment shows as processed in your account, take a clear screenshot of the payment details.
- Make sure the screenshot shows the date, amount, and account used.
Step 3: Email HVS
- Send the screenshot (and if relevant, any permit number/s as this helps HVS match your payment to the correct permit) to: moves.enquiries@mainroads.wa.gov.au
If you receive a request for a One-Time-Password (OTP), this request is being sent by your financial institution and the OTP is being sent via whatever method has been nominated on your account. Please contact your financial institution to confirm.
HVS will provide further updates once the issue is resolved or if the process changes
