HVS Update 14-2026

South West Region - City of Busselton - Downgrade of Load Rating on Bridge 3386 on Boallia Road

Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services (HVS) advises that following a recent bridge assessment undertaken by Main Roads Structures Engineering Branch, the load rating on Bridge 3386 on Boallia Road, approximately 800 m south of Rendezvous Road within the City of Busselton, has been downgraded, effective immediately.

Restricted Access Vehicles

All Restricted Access Vehicles (RAVs) are no longer permitted to cross Bridge 3386. Alternative access to Boallia Road, south of this bridge, remains available via Queen Elizabeth Avenue and Ambergate Road for the following RAV Networks:

  • Tandem Drive Networks 2 to 4
  • AMMS Tandem Drive Networks 2.1 to 4.1
  • Tri Drive Network 1
  • AMMS Tri Drive Network 1.1
  • PBS Tandem Drive Network PBS1B.1

This change will be reflected in the relevant Road Tables, Restricted Bridge Lists and on the RAV Mapping Tool on our website from Wednesday 27 May 2026.
