HVS Update 12-2025

Metropolitan Region - City of Cockburn - Removal of RAV Access on Bennett Ave, North Coogee and Frankland Ave & Hammond Rd, Hammond Park

Please be advised that Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services (HVS) will be removing Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) access on Bennett Ave, North Coogee and Frankland Ave & Hammond Rd, Hammond Park at the request of the City of Cockburn.

The City of Cockburn has advised that RAV access is no longer required on these roads due to changes to land usage in the area.

As a result, the following RAV Network access will be removed from Bennett Ave: 

  • Tandem Drive Networks 2 to 4
  • AMMS Tandem Drive Networks 2.1 to 4.1
  • Tri Drive Network 1
  • AMMS Tri Drive Network 1.1
  • PBS Tandem Drive Network 1B.1

The following network access will be removed from Frankland Ave & Hammond Rd:

  •  PBS Tandem Drive Network 1B.1

This change will take effect from 18 June 2025 and will be reflected in the relevant Road Tables and on the RAV Mapping Tool on our website from that date.
