Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services (HVS) advises that Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) access on Harvey Road, within the City of Albany will be removed following an onsite assessment that identified safety concerns for RAVs, due to non-compliant road widths.

As a result, the following RAV Networks will be removed:

• Tandem Drive Networks 2 to 4
• AMMS Tandem Drive Networks 2.1 to 4.1
• Tri Drive Network 1
• AMMS Tri Drive Network 1.1
• PBS Tandem Drive Network PBS1B.1

This change will take effect from Wednesday 8 April 2026 and will be reflected in the relevant Road Tables and on the RAV Mapping Tool on our website from that date.
