Freedom of Information

In keeping with our aim to provide information to the public in a cost-effective and prompt manner, Main Roads documents will be made available outside of the freedom of information (FOI) process wherever possible.

If the required information is not routinely available, the Western Australian Freedom of Information Act 1992 gives you the right to apply for access to Main Roads documents, and to ensure that your personal information contained within those documents is accurate, complete, up-to-date and not misleading.
