Please be advised that due to safety concerns reported by the public, relating to Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) Network vehicles using the intersection of Dalgety Road & Toodyay Road to access Albert Road & Swan Road within the City of Swan, Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services has conducted necessary safety assessments.

The assessments verified the safety concerns, including the following:

• Non-compliant sight distances and non-compliant swept paths at the intersection of Dalgety Road & Toodyay Road.

As a result, Main Roads is removing the following RAV Network access from Dalgety Road, Albert Road & Swan Road.

• Tandem Drive Networks N2 to N4
• Tandem Drive AMMS Networks N2.1 to N4.1
• Tri Drive Network TD1
• Tri Drive AMMS Network TD1.1
• Performance Based Scheme Tandem Drive Network PBS1B.1

The above changes will be implemented on Wednesday 18 December 2024, which will be reflected in the relevant Road Tables and RAV Mapping Tool on our website from this date.
