What happens if your vehicle has not been collected?
A list of unclaimed vehicles is published in accordance with the Local Government Act 1995 on this page.
If your vehicle is not claimed within 90 calendar days of the removal date, the vehicle will be disposed of.
Vehicles will be listed as soon as practicable and displayed for at least 14 days then disposed of by Main Roads Towing Contractor once that timeframe has passed.
Notice of Lien:
Please take notice that we, AAAC Towing Pty Ltd under the Warehousemen’s Lien hereby give notice of a lien in respect of the following vehicles for storage at AAAC Towing Pty Ltd and will be disposed of 14 days after the date listed.
