As part of our ongoing commitment in helping maintain safe, respectful and supportive work environments for the traffic management industry, we have introduced a confidential online complaints form.  This form is a secure and discreet way for workers to report issues such as unsafe practices, harassment, pay queries or other workplace concerns without fear of reprisal. The traffic management industry often involves teams spread across job sites and commonly working in high-risk environments, meaning communication and trust is essential. 

So, whether you’ve witnessed something that doesn’t seem right or simply want to raise a concern privately, the form ensures your voice is heard.  Its quick, easy to use and you may remain confidential, if you wish.  This avenue has been implemented to help maintain a culture where everyone feels respected, supported and safe at work. 

Submissions go directly to the Traffic Management Company Registration team for appropriate follow-up, support and or resource information.
