The CircleZero hub has launched

The Transport Portfolio’s new sustainability knowledge hub, CircleZero, has now launched.

Published: 13 June 2025, Updated: 13 June 2025

As a Portfolio, we are committed to meeting the State Government’s target of an 80 per cent reduction in emissions below 2020 levels by 2030 and net zero by 2050, across WA's infrastructure and transport networks.

CircleZero provides an online platform for the Portfolio to collaborate with industry, government and the community to share information, resources and learnings to meet the state’s long-term goals.

The hub supports the implementation of the Transport Portfolio Sustainable Infrastructure Policy by promoting the uptake of sustainable resources and decarbonising transport infrastructure using low carbon and zero emission materials.

CircleZero offers online access to transport sustainability resources such as case studies, supplier maps, sustainable material guides, research and training webinars.

Driven by the Portfolio’s Transport Sustainability and Strategic Projects specialist team, the hub was developed using insights from Victoria’s ecologiQ program and New South Wales' national decarbonisation efforts, prioritised by the Infrastructure and Transport Minister Meeting.
