Leach Highway Intersection Fifth Avenue, Beatrice Avenue and Corinthian Road

What’s happening

Following community consultation undertaken by Riverton MLA Dr Jags Krishnan, the proposed intersection modification at Leach Highway and Fifth Avenue has been amended to retain the right-in movement from Leach Highway.

Detailed design is now progressing for the following intersection improvements on Leach Highway:

  • Right in and left-in/left-out at Fifth Avenue
  • Traffic signals and new turning lanes at Beatrice Avenue
  • Right in and left-in/left-out at Corinthian Road East

Funding of $5 million has been allocated to this project and construction is expected to start in late 2024.
