Close up of a regional road and dirt shoulder

A Planning Control Area (PCA 173) has now been declared over a portion of Whiteman Yanchep Highway (from Gnangara Road to north of Neaves Road) and the extension of Flynn Drive to Neaves Road.

The purpose of the PCA is to protect lands required for the future Whiteman Yanchep Highway and Flynn Drive extension.

The declaration remains in effect for a period of five years. For further information, please refer to the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage Planning control areas.

It's important to note this is a planning study only and no funding is currently available for construction.
