Please be advised that Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services (HVS) will be removing Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) access on McCartney Road in Georgina, following safety concerns raised by the City of Greater Geraldton.

Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services has undertaken a safety review of McCartney Road and verified the current level of RAV access poses a risk to road safety.

As a result, the following RAV Network access will be removed: 

• Tandem Drive Networks 2 to 7
• AMMS Tandem Drive Networks 2.1 to 7.1
• PBS Tandem Drive Network 2B.1

This change will take effect from 18 June 2025 and will be reflected in the relevant Road Tables and on the RAV Mapping Tool on our website from that date.
