Website Issues - Webforms
Main Roads Heavy Vehicle Services (HVS) advise that we have recently identified an issue with the webforms on our website that has arisen as a result of a software change. This has affected the Application to List or Update Vehicle Information, Traffic Escort Warden Booking Applications, and Cancellation or Amendment webforms. Due to this technical problem, submissions made through our webforms may not have been received by HVS.
Until the webforms issue is resolved, we have replaced them with PDF application forms. To ensure that we have all the necessary information and to avoid missing applications, we kindly request that you resubmit any of the above forms you may have sent through our website this week, via the PDF application forms.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. Our technical team is working diligently to address the issue, and we will notify you once it has been resolved.
