Single trip OSOM application - Copy permit

To apply, the single trip permit nominated must have been issued within the last three (3) months.

The transport operator must have conducted a route survey and confirmed that the route, dimensions, mass or configuration will not be amended following the issue of the copied permit. A new Single Trip permit application will need to be submitted where the above changes are required.
