Brunswick to Roelands Reconstruction and Seal Widening H009 South Western Highway

Phase:Clearing proposal closed for submission

Main Roads Western Australia proposes to improve road user safety and reduce the risk of runoff crashes along South Western Highway (H009) between Brunswick and Roelands in the Shire of Harvey (SLK 132.5 to SLK 136.1).

The proposal includes widening works and pavement rehabilitation to improve road surface roughness. The proposal is part of Main Roads Western Australia's ongoing efforts to improve road infrastructure and ensure the safety of motorists across the South West Region.

The works require the removal of up to 0.36 ha of degraded to completely degraded native vegetation directly adjacent to South Western Highway.
