Discover the range of different streams available as part of the Main Roads Development Employee Program, which has once again been listed as a Top Graduate Employer for 2024

The Main Roads Development Employee Program has once again been listed as a Top Graduate Employer for 2024 and was named in the Top 25. This year the list has been broken down into three categories and we are very excited to announce that Main Roads has been ranked #17 on the Top Graduate Employers – Large Program List!

The Top Graduate Employer rankings is determined by Graduates themselves who complete an anonymous survey about their experiences as a Graduate. Main Roads WA has ranked the top state government agency in our category and out of two public sector organisations in this category we are the only Western Australian agency.

The list provides a guide on the best places to work for new graduates entering the workforce. The aim is for organisations to be encouraged to provide positive experiences for their new graduates and create an environment that values Graduates within the business.

We have a range of different streams throughout our Development Employee program, which provides and guides them to become industry professionals through a structured rotational program.

We are currently advertising for the following roles which you can find on the Main Roads careers webpage:

  • Menno Henneveld Scholarship (Engineering Cadetship)
  • Engineering Cadet (Civil)
  • Engineering Cadet (Electrical)
  • Engineering Associate Cadet
  • Graduate Business

Please contact careerpathways@mainroads.wa.gov.au should you have any questions regarding our Development Employee Programs.
