In addition to operating under a permit and as stipulated in your Class 1 RAV Operating Conditions, you may need to obtain approval/s from other agencies
This permit is for the transport of large indivisible loads. It allows for vehicles including low-loaders (with or without a dolly) to carry high, wide, long indivisible loads (5.5 m x 5.5 m x 30 m) for a three year period. This permit can be used in conjunction with the Class 1 RAV Over Mass Period Permit. For vehicles carrying loads larger than these provisions a Single Trip (Specified Journey) permit must be obtained.

This permit is for the transport of heavy indivisible loads. It allows low-loaders with four tyres per axle or eight tyres per axle (with or without a dolly) to carry extra mass in excess of the Road Traffic (Vehicle) Regulations 2014 (RTVR) (up to 92.5 tonnes for some combinations) for 12 months. This permit can be used in conjunction with the Class 1 RAV Over Size Period Permit. For vehicles carrying loads heavier than these provisions, a Single Trip (Specified Journey) permit must be obtained.
This permit is for the relocation of gooseneck platform trailers. The permit will cover a 12 month period in which operators will be allowed unlimited transportation of their unloaded platform trailers and certain equipment required to complete a loaded move, such as a pilot vehicle, tools and equipment.
This permit applies to a rigid motor vehicle, fitted with a crane and drilling device, towing a pole jinker trailer for the purpose of transporting power poles.
This permit is for the transport of multiple sections of indivisible over-length railway iron. It allows vehicles to carry long indivisible loads with an overall combination length up to 31 metres. It also allows vehicles to carry mass in excess of the statutory mass limits for a 12 month period.
