1. Chapter 1 of 6. GENERAL STANDARDS AND APPLICATION

Main Roads drawings shall conform to "Australian Standard 1100.101 Technical Drawing General Principles" unless otherwise stated in this guideline.

The purpose of this document is to detail standards for the presentation of drawings for Main Roads projects, including road design, drainage, shared / principal shared paths, electrical, signs and pavement markings works.

Main Roads drawing standards for other project aspects such as Landscaping and Pavement & Structures are also referred to.
