1. POLICY STATEMENT

Main Roads will provide guidance on the reasonable precautions that should be taken by people when droving stock across or along a State road and will also permit stock underpasses under State roads, subject to the underpass meeting Main Roads requirements.

 
These guidelines do not address the issue of straying stock in unfenced pastoral areas.
