Working together to prevent road trauma

We are supporting WALGA’s Road Ribbon for Road Safety® campaign. A community-based safety initiative which enables people to directly contribute to road safety over the Christmas and New Year holiday period.

The campaign commences Sunday 17 November, in support of World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, and runs through until Friday 3 January.

We can all play a role in road safety by making a conscious effort to follow these easy steps:

  • turning off your mobile phone before driving;
  • driving to the conditions;
  • wearing seatbelts; and
  • taking a break or swapping drivers during long trips.

Let’s work together to achieve zero deaths and serious injuries on our roads.
