The results are in

​Our annual Community Perception Survey (CPS) provides us with up-to-date, customer-focussed information about our performance in the construction, maintenance and management of the state’s road network.

We collect a range of data that reflects the diverse nature of our business and use it to help identify perceptions of issues or priorities to guide our strategic planning.

1,370 people across the state participated in this year’s survey, with 87% of respondents rating our overall performance as ‘okay’ or better.
