HVO Updates 

HVO Updates provide you with important information about temporary or permanent changes to the road network, such as permit conditions; roadworks; changes in road conditions; and emergency detours.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any changes to the network via HVO Updates

A range of policies have been developed to enhance the operation of heavy vehicles on the road network.

Heavy vehicle operators are expected to comply with these policies to:

    • ensure the safety of other motorists;
    • enhance the wellbeing and safety of communities through which RAV's travel; and 
    • encourage community involvement and feedback on RAV operations.
