Class 2/3 RAV Operating Conditions,
Network Tables and Maps

Further to the recent release of Version 3 of the Class 2/3 Restricted Access Vehicles Period Permit, Main Roads will continue to make available limited supplies of the Operating Conditions, Network Tables and Network Maps, on a cost recovery basis.

Operators are alerted to references to intended charges included in the March edition of the HVO newsletter.  These were incorrect as they were based on previous costs.

The new prices for these products are as follows:

Operating Conditions and Network Tables (requirement of permit)
$54 per set of two files (incl GST)

Network Maps (optional)
$27 one file (incl GST)

The revised prices are effective immediately.

Due to the size and weight of the documents, they are only intended to be made available for collection over the counter at HVO’s Welshpool office.

However should an operator be from a remote location and / or have difficulty in obtaining the documents in person, special arrangements may be made subject to an additional charge to cover postage and packaging.  The full cost of this extended service would be payable in advance and can be ascertained on enquiry.

Operators are reminded that the documents are also available to download free from the Main Roads web site at www.mainroads.wa.gov.au and are also reminded of the need to maintain awareness of any changes.  Utilising the free subscription service to the web site is recommended, to assist in that regard.

Any enquiries regarding these arrangements should be directed to the HVO Helpdesk on (08) 9311 8450.
